Best spot for CrossFit in middle ga. Coaches are top notch and care about pushing you to your goals.
And again the event was run perfectly. The WOD's were on time if not early. The volunteers were very helpful. I highly recommend this comp.
One of the most welcoming boxes I've ever been too.. At the end of the workout I felt like I was home... can't stress how important it is to walk in as you are and feel right at home..
This is s great place to train! Highly recommend!!
