I cannot express enough praise for this company and its owner. I contacted him this morning at 7:51 am to inform him that we were experiencing a breakdown and my vehicle was no longer roadworthy. He diligently recorded my information and commenced the necessary steps to obtain the necessary parts for my vehicle. He initially estimated his arrival time as 3 pm, but unfortunately, he was unable to fulfill this promise. When I broke down in Coralville, IA, I called full throttle and explain to him what the problem was. He was so nice to diagnose the problem over the phone and explain to me the cost and everything to the tee. I didn’t have no money to get back home to Arkansas or fix my ride but he in fact prayed for us to make it home safe and when I finally got the ride hauled home, I called him up and he was so happy and thankful that me and my family made it home safe. Dustin is THE MAN. I was visiting Cedar Rapids from out of town and my breaks went out (thankfully in a parking lot) on a Saturday night. No mechanic shops are open but he took my call. I needed to get back home the following evening. He had me describe a few things over the phone so he could assess the issue.
