Last year I was referred to Full Strength Spine & Health / Dr. Tim Gilbert by a family friend. 20+ years of bad posture and gradual weight gain had left me in constant pain. Dr. Gilbert was able to quickly diagnose my lower back issues and provided relief during my first visit.
