Mike and his team came to the location of work to install a tankless water heater. The first day a young fella took an extension ladder off the van by himself rather than asking for help and ended up fumbling and hit my car door leaving long and deep scratches and chipping my mirror. The employee brought it to Mike's attention and he immediately let us know and offered to pay for the repair. Quick response and installers made sure to get it in and working as quickly as possible despite being swamped. Frustrating that the actual furnace manufacturer of product discontinued a $500 part to force you to spend thousands on rebuilding with new parts that replaced discontinued but still functioning parts. This was not caused by the repair company but is a common practice with manufacturers to rip off customers.
