Did not inform that they were changing companies and that everyone is now a new patient and all appointments are cancelled. If you want to continue you have to go within 4 days to pick up, fill out and bring back paperwork. Since I can't drop everything to take multiple days off work to take a cab to and from that office. I asked if they could mail it to me since my work hours are the same as theirs. her response was not our issue. This office's medical records policies are a joke. My family and I are moving out of the area and even though I was told I simply needed to send in a medical release form to the office (which I did). After a follow up call to see where the records were, I was told there was a fee to send them to me. When I inquired about the cost for our families records to be mailed (we are moving out of state), I was told that there wasn't a published fee schedule and that the price would be communicated after they were gathered. Awesome Staff, Clean and Well Maintained Facility. They just recently added an UltraSound on site, and I heard Xray will be next. I will be great to have everything under one roof there.

This Doctors office has changed, it is now part of CCMC and has very different policies which are not helpful for patient care! I was told to print off paperwork and bring it up to the office which I did then wait to get contacted to schedule an appointment. I did this then waited for my appointment after filling out more paperwork and wasn't seen after an hour of waiting and told that I need to wait at least another half hour to be seen.
