I was recently seen at this facility for an emergency, where I was taken to the back and evaluated by the physician and nurse within 1 minute of my arrival. They had everything on site which made my visit seamless (x-ray, CT, Ultrasound) you name it, they got it. Dr. Mayer, the nurse Janice, and the radiology tech Theresa all took wonderful care of me. They were all so thorough in explaining everything to me. I left there feeling so much better. Inwood emergency room will forever be my ER of choice.
Excellent! The nurses and doctors here are very kind and thorough.
The folks here were very professional and very friendly. My daughter was suffering from what we thought was a stomach bug, but drugs she had received at a clinic down the street weren't working. These folks ran all the necessary tests and found it was a bad appendix. They got her admitted to the hospital that night, with surgery the next morning. The doctor even followed up by phone the next day to seee how she was. I'm thrilled to have such excellent care less than a mile from my house.
I give a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Mosely III, MD for giving excellent care to Elton during his terrible sickness while we were in San Antonio, TX. If you must seek out medical treatment while on vacation in TX, go to Inwood Emergency Room, 16403 Huebner Rd. Dr. Mosely, Dr. Mayer, all the nurses and staff not only helped him but help me understand what was going on. I believe they knew I was terrified! My sincere Thank You to all and God Bless You!
I spent time at the Inwood ER yesterday for the second time in a month and could not have been in better hands. Drs. Thaxton and Hilliard were wonderful as were Nicole, Anita, Matt, and Brian (or Bryan?). I hope I remembered everyone. I was there about 13 hours and they did everything to make me comfortable and feel very well-cared for. This is THE place to go if you need help. Many thanks to all of you. God bless you for who you are and what you do.
