I was treated with concern and respect. The doctor and nurse made me feel that I was their number one priority. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood all directions. On a three day weekend they were there when I needed someone. If you need any type of care when your doctor is closed, I would recommend Full Spectrum.
My husband and I were extremely impressed with the staff and facility. It's not very often that you experience this type of care from the point of arrival to check-out. We never felt like just a number. The doctors, nurses and reception REALLY listened to us. We never felt pressured into a making a decision as they went over our options. We stayed in the observation room for 6 hours to ensure that my husband was safe to go home. They were very tentative and made sure we were comfortable. It’s State of the Art , free standing ER Facility, opened 24hrs, fully staffed , met all the nursing staff , doctors, ENT and marketing director April . Wonderful experience looking forward to all the future up coming classes . I would differently go there in case of an emergency, I value my life to acquire the best medical attention.
I have luckily only had to go here twice but both times it was a great experience. Low to no wait time, ( both times I either walked straight back or only waited 3 minuets before going back) Truly it takes longer to get seen at my family practice . Doctors and nurses are super nice and professional. They truly make you feel like a person and not just a patient. Highly recommend, they are a state of the art ER Room. Very friendly and professional and understood my "White Coat" syndrome. Though I tried... but... just something about them "White Coats". No offense guys, your AWESOME!!!
Although I was not very thrilled on being sent to the ER to obtain a prescription for medication for an extrapyramidal effect. The physician on call could have called it in. My time and money were not wasted as my experience at Full Spectrum ER was very positive. I even received a call from Dr. Hilliard the next day, (whom I felt I worked with in Corpus Christi at some point and time). It almost felt like what healthcare was in the early 80's....he gave a damn.
I was impressed with there free class that they have no interest in gaining anything but giving people the knowledge to help someone in need if the time comes to help save a life
