First time. It ok to have reviews of employees talking about this place. I more interested in what parents say about this place. Because it gives me a opportunity to get to know what parents think about this..before I can me a decision on bringing my child here. Looking at the site looks very nice. But need more information.
Full spectrum is the best ABA company I have ever worked for! I love our leadership and our clients! It's a pleasure to go to work each day and work together to change lives! Our team is tight knitted and have each others backs and our leaders are there for us and help in every way they can.
I do not know how other people feel about their employers, but as a therapist I can say with confidence that I work for the best ABA company in central Florida! I look forward going to work. The staff is a pleasure to work with and truly care for the well-being of each other, their clients, and families.
