The staff are very kind. However, over Christmas break of 2023 my oldest daughter needed 7 fillings. Over Christmas break of 2024 they wanted to redo 5 or 6 of them (at no charge to us) and fill 5 or 6 others. We got a second opinion from our previous dentist (we had to change due to insurance change) only to find none of the fillings needed to be redone and some of the teeth they said needed fillings did not and some teeth they didn't say needed fillings did. Although under contract with delta dental insurance as prosthodontist, this office is violating that contract refusing to provide in network prosthodontist services. They instead treated as if I had gone to an out of network prosthodontist and tried to get me to pay fees not in line with their contract delta dental. They showed me an estimate of over $6000.00 and told me I'd have to pay that up front and file a claim with delta dental. They would not give me an estimate base on in network prices.
