It’s been two years now that I have been using the high grade services of Remax Van Lines. Their staff is always very supportive and very kind and ready to help. I do not like to relocate but then for my work I have to. They not just helped in shifting but also in packing all the stuff and then moving and they did not even charge for the packaging. My relative informed me about them and no doubts I was treated like a king. Great experience! Worth investing into their services!
I am not amongst those who write referrals. But the brilliant service by Remax Vanlines deserves my praise. I was extremely finicky with their customer service executives. However they replied me courteously every time. On the shifting day, 6 movers came sharp on the expected time. Their men worked methodically and packed my things diligently. After 2 days, my things were unpacked with same efficiency.
Their service professionals packed and stored my furniture and then delivered them on time without a scratch!
In a very sudden and short notice my family decided to relocate from Miami, Florida to Phoenix, Arizona. With so much stuff in the house I got concerned as to how to move everything. Being a reliable company a simple call to Remax Van Lines bought great relief to my tension. Everything was done by them with great ease and in an efficient manner.
I had to move back from Florida last week to be with my aged mother. That was when I noticed that my collection of books as simply enormous. Though it felt quite big a task getting all those books back to my old address, Remax Van Lines made it so simple that now all my priced books sit happily in my reading room the way they did at my place in Florida. I am thankful for Remax Van Lines since they helped me a lot in relocating my glass paintings which would have otherwise lost or damaged during transit. When I had to shift them, the professionals from Remax packed them very carefully and in such a way that none of them faced any kind of damage even though all of them had to be moved to a far location. It could not have been possible for me to organize an exhibition at my new place had it not been Remax who relocated them.
My boss without warning, one day told me that he was shifting me to another office. That wouldn’t be such a problem except that the new office was in a different state! I had two days to move and get to the office to give a presentation. Getting a presentation ready in two days is hard itself, but moving along with it made it nearly an impossible task. Your moving team has the best people to work with. On short notice, the team arrived with all pieces in place. Our concerns were noted and the moving team knows exactly what they will do. It was a very remarkable act of properly trained personnel with shown act of diligence during the entire duration of the move.
