Wow! Matt, one of the maintenance professional, was simply amazing! So friendly and had such a great attitude! He was also extremely helpful and communicative!! One of the best maintenance experience I have ever had renting. I loved our experience so much, I'd love to get him a job where I work! Full Service PM you guys did a great job hiring him!! Zac came to check out our dryer which was giving off a smell similar to charcoal and lighter fluid. He went above and beyond in checking multiple things that could be the cause. He eventually found called on lint between the vent and the hose. This was an area I could not access to clean. So far the smell is gone and we were very pleased with the work he did.
