Lived in one of their properties for 3 years. Owner of the building charges rent like it's a modern apartment but the carpet looks like it's from the 90's. Hopefully your not on the top floor when roof starts leaking, because they will wait two months to fix it to make sure they get it done as cheap as possible
Wish there was an option for 10 stars. Coming from an experience where my previous management abruptly stopped responding to all communications and leave the lease renewal work mid-way, connecting with Rachel was blessing in disguise. I needed only lease renewal services, she shared all the available resources and offered her help for a reasonable fees as well.
