Zac, one of the maintenance guys, came by today and replaced the kitchen faucet in my and my family's apartment. He texted me ahead of time to ask what day and time worked best on our end, and he also texted again today to let me know he was on his way. When he came in, he immediately put on shoe covers. We don't allow shoes in our home, and I'm not sure if he knows this or not, but either way, we were grateful. Wow! Matt, one of the maintenance professional, was simply amazing! So friendly and had such a great attitude! He was also extremely helpful and communicative!! One of the best maintenance experience I have ever had renting. I loved our experience so much, I'd love to get him a job where I work! Full Service PM you guys did a great job hiring him!!
