Julie is one of the best property managers we have had the pleasure to do business with. Julie is always super responsive and super sweet and nice! We are going on 4 years at our rental home and couldn't be any happier with how great of a service she provides. 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to rent a home or have their property managed by them!
Zac, one of the maintenance guys, came by today and replaced the kitchen faucet in my and my family's apartment. He texted me ahead of time to ask what day and time worked best on our end, and he also texted again today to let me know he was on his way. When he came in, he immediately put on shoe covers. We don't allow shoes in our home, and I'm not sure if he knows this or not, but either way, we were grateful. Laura was so amazing through the application process. I was moving from out of state and she was so accommodating and worked with me and my friend in state to make sure I had a clear understanding of where I was trying to move. She was so prompt with all of her communication, and not a word she spoke was a fabrication. If I ever have to move from this place, then I will be asking for her assistance. She is amazing, honest, and trustworthy.

Wow! Matt, one of the maintenance professional, was simply amazing! So friendly and had such a great attitude! He was also extremely helpful and communicative!! One of the best maintenance experience I have ever had renting. I loved our experience so much, I'd love to get him a job where I work! Full Service PM you guys did a great job hiring him!!
