Wow! Matt, one of the maintenance professional, was simply amazing! So friendly and had such a great attitude! He was also extremely helpful and communicative!! One of the best maintenance experience I have ever had renting. I loved our experience so much, I'd love to get him a job where I work! Full Service PM you guys did a great job hiring him!! Also thanks Matt for being so great with our 4 year old!! He absolutely adores you too!
After our kitchen sink was leaking, we sent in a maintenance request and Matt was there the next day to fix it! While he was here, he replaced a ton of lightbulbs in our apartment, and fixed our mailbox lock. The dude is awesome. He’s always super friendly, fast, and reliable. He does great work!

Full Service Property Management does great work helping me rent my house. They did a thorough inspection of anything that needed to be fixed beforehand and let me know. Julie (the property manager in my area) lined up several people to see the house within the first week, and got a renter quickly. It's nice not having to worry about it.
