Wow! Matt, one of the maintenance professional, was simply amazing! So friendly and had such a great attitude! He was also extremely helpful and communicative!! One of the best maintenance experience I have ever had renting. I loved our experience so much, I'd love to get him a job where I work! Full Service PM you guys did a great job hiring him!! After our kitchen sink was leaking, we sent in a maintenance request and Matt was there the next day to fix it! While he was here, he replaced a ton of lightbulbs in our apartment, and fixed our mailbox lock. The dude is awesome. He’s always super friendly, fast, and reliable. He does great work!
