These guys are by far the absolute best and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Our car broke down on a Sunday night, triple AAA had us towed to Richie's, we couldn't be happier they got us fixed first thing Monday morning, came and got us at our hotel and went above and beyond when we realized when we got back home that we left our camera bag in the back of the car they picked us up in! Shon called me back as soon as they had it and had it shipped to me ASAP! Thank you for a great experience !!

I only take my family cars to Richie's. They have also saved me through AAA. Every person who works there is kind and knowledgeable about any type of car. It is the old fashioned service station where you can trust the work to be performed and also 100% trust the price. Shon isn't out to make a buck, she is there to have repeat business based on reliable work and great service.
Awesome customer service. Easy transaction and good workflow. Prompt service. Mechanic/technician very courteous & showed me what was wrong. He also stayed at the scene to ensure I pulled away safely. Highly recommend.
