I been attending this car wash for the last two years and it has gone done hill. When I first attend they would towel dry your car now they have a package that you could pay extra. They dryer does not dry your car so you have to get out and wipe your car. You have to wash your car first before cleaning it out meaning that you have to clean your car out last and not first because they shut they dryers off and they are also timed. I got the "better" exterior wash. Friendly service, the care looks nice, and the price is reasonable.
Very overpriced for the quality of work/cleaning. I took both my car on different days and they were very much half cleaned. I paid $40 nearly for a detail it all they did was vacuum and wipe my windows. Waste of money unless you’re getting a simple wash.

FSCW maybe family owned but they don't run it like one. They don't honor their sales and continually downgrade their levels of services. After selling you a book of high level services they stop that level and remove certain parts of included services - no longer do the back seat floor mats, no longer wipe down the backseat surfaces, etc., etc....Then to compound the problem - no manager on site to handle customer concerns/complaints, they have a call phone number, but it is only to schedule cleaning appointments, you can... read more
