If I could give 0 Stars to this place of business, then I would. I went to OrthoNow on 163rd St. on 12/28. I had the worst experience at an Urgent Care facility. Joyce was the X-Ray Tech, and Dr. Jorge De La Rotta was the physician. I sat in the room waiting for the X-Ray tech. The door opened without a knock. She didn’t introduce herself.
