Called and asked for a progesterone perscription because my midwife asked me to ask them for one on Jan 2. First time I saw their bill for it was a email link on March 9th and I couldnt access the link (error 404 code) which I asked for a new link AND a statement because that price did not add up to a phone call perscription, it added up to an in-house visit. While in the waiting area at the Full Moon Fertility Office recently, it was heartwarming to see a couple with their 5 month old baby come into the office specifically to thank Rhianne and her staff for providing the professional support and expertise which allowed the conception and ultimate birth of their son. There were tears and hugs all round. Truly made my day to experience this display of thanks. ❤️
Full disclosure, I cancelled my new patient intake appointment with Rhianne at the time when the telehealth intake appointment was supposed to have occurred.
