While in the waiting area at the Full Moon Fertility Office recently, it was heartwarming to see a couple with their 5 month old baby come into the office specifically to thank Rhianne and her staff for providing the professional support and expertise which allowed the conception and ultimate birth of their son. There were tears and hugs all round. Truly made my day to experience this display of thanks. ❤️
Full disclosure, I cancelled my new patient intake appointment with Rhianne at the time when the telehealth intake appointment was supposed to have occurred. Based on recent reviews, it appears this place has experienced a significant downturn in service. My recent experience involved communication issues and questionable billing practices, escalating to threats. 1. Communication and Responsiveness It is virtually impossible to contact staff the same day. All communication is strictly on their time, you leave a message, and they get back to you when it suits them. 2. Do not use this woman!! She is a crook and will take every penny out of you (without even telling you) then ghost you! This was the worst experience ever and we are now going to court over her double charging me for the procedure. I have had three rounds of IUI now with another provider and it has been so wonderful working with them. I love Rhianne and her nurses. She made us feel seen and heard from the first visit on after experiencing a previous loss. Not only did she explain PCOS to me in a way no other doctor had before, but she was the first doctor to say “you are not broken. There is a miscommunication between your brain and ovaries.
