Had services done by these people. Called beforehand to get the codes for my insurance. They gave me the codes and I verified with my insurance that it was completely covered. Then they charged me $350 and tried to tell me that the exam was not covered. Called and asked for a progesterone perscription because my midwife asked me to ask them for one on Jan 2. First time I saw their bill for it was a email link on March 9th and I couldnt access the link (error 404 code) which I asked for a new link AND a statement because that price did not add up to a phone call perscription, it added up to an in-house visit.
