Felt very welcomed into the studio by receptionist and the instructor!! Really enjoyed the class - can't wait to go back!! Well worth the 1/2 hour drive!!

I really like this studio. It always relaxes me walking in, such a nice atmosphere and it always smells good! Studio is clean and tidy. Their customer service is excellent. All the teachers I've had have been great, but I especially like Liz, Courtney and Cassie. My favorite class is the Hot Vinyasa. I'm always learning and trying something new.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Love all the instructors and they are the best by far. 😘💜😘 Can't say enough about my favorite place where you can unwind and be yourself with no judgement.

When I moved to the east side, I was nervous I would not find a studio as great as the one I attended in Grand Rapids. But I did. Full Lotus Yoga is an amazing studio and I highly recommend it. Not only do the instructors learn your name but you can be comfortable at any level. The instructors are brilliant and willing to help. Most recently, I told the owner Liz who was instructing that day that I injured my back. She came to me during class and offered adjustments to my practice to accommodate the injury and even brought m... read more
