I am so incredibly grateful to have such a beautiful studio and such mindful instructors close to home. Full Lotus offers a welcoming, no-pressure, growth-oriented atmosphere for any level of practice. The hot vinyasa class w/both Marielle and Liz is especially amazing. Namaste.
