Bill is such an incredible artist and only hand selects other amazing artists for his shop. I'm a lifer. Going on twelve years being tattooed by Bill!

I have got two pieces done at Full Circle and I can't tell you how wonderful the experience was! The tattoo shop is very clean with a great vibe and the tattoo artist are extremely talented. I could not be any happier with the work I received from James Tran and Devx. I would recommend this to everyone and I will definitely come back!
