Came in and spoke with Mitch and Lacy about my goals and needs. Lacy set me up with the perfect trainer Cat and we started the next day. Have an amazing support group with the other members as well. Cat custom tailors each session to give me the max benefit of my workout. Great people and atmosphere. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Awesome gym ran by awesome people. This place has it all. Beginners can come in and learn and the experienced can do just about any type of lifting they can imagine.
They have every piece of strongman and powerlifting equipment you can imagine, and an awesome atmosphere as well! Williston people - this is the gym to train at if you want to get strong! It's awesome that a town as small as Williston has such a great facility.
This place is great. Coming back from some pretty bad shoulder injuries and not having lifted for 30 years, Lacee and Mitch have been nothing but helpful and patient. I have made great strides under their wings. If you want a place to improve your health, strength and overall well-being, this is the place!
