AMAZING! I just finished my consultation with Dr. Elizabeth Settle DDS. I must say, her thoughtful(highly knowledgeable) and caring approach helped make understand what I would gain from a quality nights rest. I have never felt more at ease with a Doctor, no sales pitch, no horror stories, just simple guidance on long-term benefits of self care. She was she happy to take the time to address my concerns. I felt valued, despite her busy schedule. I'm getting this mouth piece, and she's making sure I get the best result.
I am very happy that I came accross the Full Breath Center. The mouth piece has been very beneficial for me. I am no longer yawning all day and am more alert and have more energy. The only issue has been the need to go in and adjust the mouth piece frequently, but that's a small inconvenience compared to the benefits it has brought me.
Mouth guard is wonderfull, sleep apnea is now very minimal, sleeping great!!!
