Fabian was replaced by Marty A******** who found our system to be in good shape except the blower had to be nudged in order to run. Subsequent tests showed the system to work normally. However, 2 days later the AC would not come on suggesting the blower or some related part was not functioning. All this has been conveyed by tel to Steph. Since I had to go to the field I will call later to sched an appointment for mid May. Suggest you upgrade your email notice to show substitute techs. == Pat G******.

Johnny serviced my A/C unit today. Thought I might need a new compressor motor because the unit was making some disturbing noises. Johnny said it was just some loose bolts. He tightened them and then checked the refrigerant level. He added a couple of pounds of Freon and the job was done. I've got a quiet unit and it's cranking out the cool air. Good work. Highly recommend Johnny for your HVAC needs.

Called for after hours service on my 3 year old HVAC unit. Spoke with Fabian who was on call. He promptly came and diagnosed the problem. He committed to assisting with the repair. He provided excellent customer service.

Had a water that was under warranty break down and called Fulkerson to have it replaced, the plumber that came over to install it was courteous and professional and have it replaced in 2 hours. But, then the bill for labor came out to over $450.00! Over priced! Shop around before going to Fulkerson.
