HORRIBLE! **************! ****!*** waited to write a review because I was so livid. According to the general manager its their policy to be secretive, doubt the customer, close doors in the customers face, and not listen to an easy solution so they can **** up the price. The plumber wouldnt listen when shown the clean out and told the clog could easily be removed with a snake. We needed our heater serviced and contact Fulkerson. They are just down the street from us. From when we called for service we were treated with great customer service and was told they’d be at our house between 2-5pm. The technician called st 12:30 and was able to service our heater. The house is old and so is the heater. We are looking to replace it with central heat and air and will definitely be look to have Fulkerson do the work. Highly recommended.

Fulkerson Plumbing deserves a 5 star rating for their customer service focus, quick response for help, and professional work with integrity. I am managing a vacant house for sale from out of state. When a gas leak was detected by the Real Estate Agent, Fulkerson was very prompt in handling the situation, working with my agent for entry into the home, and resolution including bringing all the plumbing for the gas lines up to code to insure it passed inspection.
