The new home communities were welcoming. The ladies that worked at each of the communities were informative. The neighbors that I encountered were also kind.
The most beautiful, well built homes. Everyone takes the time to understand your every need in a home based on your dreams. Definitely will be sending our friend's and family.

I bought my home just 1 year after original owners. So 1-y-old house. Since moving in, everything has gone wrong. Leaks in roof, door knobs are the cheapest thing you can imagine. Even my HVAC has gone out. The home was built in 2020! I swear it’s a nightmare. Then there’s the HOA that gives actual homeowners no rights at all. Can’t vote, can’t even have a meeting to discuss issues. I will definitely be selling soon and never buying a Fulford home again. Very disappointing.
