Our company switched to Fulfillment Hub USA because we needed faster shipping to customers in the South. Sol in customer service helped us get our tracking set up and shes always quick to reply. The whole team has been pretty responsive whenever we have questions.
We had a good experience with Eli and the warehouse crew at Fulfillment Hub USA. They took care of receiving and inventory for us during our launch. Communication stayed clear the whole time and they kept us in the loop.
Don't get fooled by these paid/fake reviews. I used their services for a while. The worst warehouse experience anyone could ever have. I had many broken, lost merchandise and incorrect shipments to my customers. Terribly unresponsive and irresponsible management. I was never able to get any compensation for the products that they lost or broke. Awfully messy place. If you want to waste your time and money on a horrible service, there is no better place than FHU.
We pulled two loads for Fulfillment Hub USA since August of 2025. We have been trying to get in contact for payment but no answer. The manager at the warehouse in Dover, DE location has not been a help at all. The customer service for this company is not good. They never pickup calls nor respond to email. Please make payment for our invoices!
