Extremely happy with the service! Had new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done, and everything went smoothly. The team was professional and efficient, and my car feels great on the road now. 5 stars all the way!
Took my car in to get a lift yesterday, Informed a mechanic called in sick, so needed to stay there the night, I got a call first thing this morning that its ready to be picked up, Lift looks good, Had a look under the car, all seems to be in working order, Other than the extended time to get the lift, Can reccomend🙂
Went and got the "free" inspection, at first was okay but they diagnosed my issue but failed to tell me what part needed replacing, they also didn't check my brakes as requested, and clearly didn't check other suspension components because 1 needed replacing that I knew of. Ended up going elsewhere who didn't waste my time.
Was passing through Hervey Bay on a work trip, I had recently fitted fulcrum suspension to my Hilux at a Brisbane based Fulcrum store. Once on my trip, I realised the wheel alignment was pulling to the left. I rang Fulcrum Fraser Coast and spoke with Alison. She was lovely and immediately got me to come in and the boys at Fraser coast workshop redid the wheel alignment for me. Free of charge! The team there are top notch! Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable Helping me get my rc Colorado ready to reliably do a lap of Aus. Always fitting me in where ever they can, (even saw me on a Saturday morning to make sure everything was sweet before a big trip south!) & (Put new shocks in for me in 30mins) Highly recommend
