Allison, Brett and the team were amazing when we had car troubles after our recent Fraser trip. We thought it was a wheel alignment issue, but we ended up needing new brake pads and rotors as well. When Allison realised it wouldn’t be as quick as initially expected, she organised us a motel and even drove our belongings to the motel (having a 3 month old baby made this quite the task)! Needed a bullbar as travel out west in amongst the roos. Fulcrum Hervey Bay sorted it with an ECB bullbar, this is the silver hammertone colour against the Subaru dark grey. Brett and Alison were very accommodating and professional in the service they provided.
Extremely happy with the service! Had new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done, and everything went smoothly. The team was professional and efficient, and my car feels great on the road now. 5 stars all the way!
Took my car in to get a lift yesterday, Informed a mechanic called in sick, so needed to stay there the night, I got a call first thing this morning that its ready to be picked up, Lift looks good, Had a look under the car, all seems to be in working order, Other than the extended time to get the lift, Can reccomend🙂
Went and got the "free" inspection, at first was okay but they diagnosed my issue but failed to tell me what part needed replacing, they also didn't check my brakes as requested, and clearly didn't check other suspension components because 1 needed replacing that I knew of. Ended up going elsewhere who didn't waste my time.
