Had a fair idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to pay in the way of a suspension upgrade on my Ford Ranger…….called into Fulcrum and that all changed! I didn’t think I wanted airbags, I didn’t think I needed upper control arms…….. I am so glad that I took their advice!! Allison, Brett and the team were amazing when we had car troubles after our recent Fraser trip. We thought it was a wheel alignment issue, but we ended up needing new brake pads and rotors as well. When Allison realised it wouldn’t be as quick as initially expected, she organised us a motel and even drove our belongings to the motel (having a 3 month old baby made this quite the task)!
