I’m sooo upset my car been in the shop two weeks and it comes back almost as bad as it was when I took it and they think I’m going to settle with this mess! I DONT think so! My car broke down off of Deans Bridge rd today and Trevor came out immediately to help us and tow my car back to my mechanics place in Evans for a very reasonable price! RUDE customer service. The worse I have ever experienced. Do NOT use these people. I called about my car and every "manager" I spoke to was rude. If Katie, Trever, or Elijah (if that is the real names i got from them) talk to you you will be called rude names and be yelled at for nothing. They won't give me the information that I am entitled to and kept telling me they would call me back after the break and won't get a call back AT ALL. Kept being rude.
