Management let me live with black mold in the main bathroom for literally years, always said they’d fix issues when inspection time rolled around and then seemingly forgot the issues once inspection was past. Property managers come and go like the seasons and every one of them had their own quirks and pet peeves. Come 9 years living here, they refused to renew my lease over my refusal to remove sunflowers that had been there for 5+ years seasonally.
