I have been to fuki for lunch before and the food was good... Today I went to Fuki for lunch and the rolls looked like they where made by a 5 years old kid. Will not be back

Felix, I'm so sorry about this. At the time, a new chef from Japan was training with us -- although he is highly skilled, they do not have this style of non-traditional sushi (like your spicy rolls) that is trained in Japan, so he is new to the process. However, we remade your meal as quickly as possible, so I hope that you don't let this one frustrating experience ruin your impression of us.
