Raw chicken meat served. initially server was very apologetic and replaced with another serving of undercooked chicken, unfortunatly, again, with blood oozing out from meat. informed serving undercooked chicken poses a significant Salmonella risk and server insisted the chicken they served was safe to consume.
The food and service was excellent
