Very fresh fish with almost butter like tastes. I had the Dynamite Roll and Gyoza.
RecommendedService was perfect. Food was perfect. The water was perfect. Please visit Fuji sushi whenever you are in town or even a local. Amazing.
Spent my lunch break here the other day and was amazing. The service was excellent as was the food. Definitely going to be coming back and bringing the Fiancé this time. A new favorite in Seattle for sure.
