As long-time dedicated patrons of Ichiban we stepped out to Fuji off Shallowford and were incredibly pleased. The food was great, decor is enchanting and the service was superb. We have had the same chef each time we visited and not had to request him yet. I have a 3 year old daughter and when the servers notice her (and perhaps that she was nervous of the fire) we always have been placed with Yamaha (sp?).
