They do not have the proper seasoning for the type of cooking they do. That type of cooking does not need salt. Did not properly cook the fried rice needed a few more ingredients but NOT salt. Now the filet I had the meat qualty was GOOD but the seasoning they used was awful plus they don't have ginger steak sauce for dipping your meat in if you so desire. My wife and I love this place! When ever we visit from San Diego, we always make it a point to go with her family to Fuji. If you're in the mood for awesome food and lots of fun, make sure to stop in here!
The best hibachi place I have been in my life. Great service, great food, and the glass of wine I had was awesome. I will definitely be back. Our tableside Chef did an awesome job!
We had such a great experience and the food was great! Our chef was very funny and great with our kids. One of the beat hibachi restaurants we have been to.
We always Love � going to Fuji it's one of our favorite places to eat!!
