Fuji Japanese Restaurant was below expectations Their nigiri sushi was better than their udon. Whatever you do, don't order udon here. The rice they used was sub-sushi grade and was too hard. The rice is key to nigiri, so the fish was relatively fresh, it didn't bring out the taste of the fish due to poor rice. The tekka maki was rolled too large, and again, due to the poor rice, it wasn't very good. I haven't tried their Hibachi, but not willing to take chances at this point.
My favorite hibachi place My boyfriend and I are constantly coming here for hibachi. It's soo good. Very homey, and we got to know the waitress...very sweet people. The shows are always cute, and i am in LOVE with their ginger sauce.
