Food is great! Employees have been extremely nice everytime we have been there. No matter what time of day or evening it is great!
We've been eating here since day one of Fuji's grand opening and we've never had bad service or food. Always amazing food and chef show.

Very great food and atmosphere. They can and will accommodate special diets and restrictions. Very nice staff.
Not vegetarian friendly. We have had good luck piecing meals together in the past. Not so much tonight. Tempura was cold. Table was sticky. Service was so-so. I do like to have my appetizer first, then salad, then meal....not everything all at once. Probably not going back.
The food and chef were great but our waitress ruined the meal . People that arrived an hour after we did were served 30 minutes before our table. Sitting in the dining room without drinks for 40 + minutes is in no way acceptable. It will be a long time if we ever return.
