I just got back from an amazing dining experience. I went out to eat with my mom and sister. The food was fantastic. Lots of variety. I was impressed with the quality of the sushi and I liked that the sushi was labelled so I knew exactly what I was putting on my plate. We each had some crab legs too. Our waiter was great. This is NOT your typical buffet. Unbelievable value for the price - the sushi is actually good quality, and there is a plethora of well-prepared, quality dishes for every taste. Fuji is a favorite for our whole family. Everyone we've taken there has been amazed.

The menu,the hospitality....the Sake selections, and bar.....I just love Fuji Japanese Buffet. Great for business meetings and even family dining. The staff is awesome.
