Fuji is usually pretty rad. However last night it was less than stellar. All of our food came out staggered, so by the time the final person got their food the first person had finished theirs. We came to eat together not watch each other eat. The sushi we ordered to an exceptionally long time to arrive. When we did get it it was bland, basic, and uninspired. delicious food and sushi, with either hibachi seating or private seating. hibachi chefs are always funny and enjoy watching them prepare the food...
It was a delightful experience - I have never been to one before - and the people were awesome. Plus the food was great.
