I was just in town and decided to visit Fuji Yama by myself on a whim, but Stephany (sorry if i misspelled that) was incredible. She was very kind and competent! I will definitely eat here again and bring family this time. I ordered the Tuna entree and a jasmine tea and both were superb. The soy sauce on the tuna is a really nice way to prepare the meal and it pairs nicely with the rice and broccoli
I've eaten here at least once a week, (most of the time more) for around 13 years and this is the most consistent restaurant you could possibly eat at. The service is always quick and the prices even though they have went up recently are still incredibly affordable.
Excellent food and exceptional service.
Food quality has definitely declined in the past year, placewas dirty
