In 2004 the team of Jimmy Liang, Peter Tse, and their partners Tony Liang, John Liang, and head chef Ming Cao, moved into the heart of Quincy and opened Fuji 1546, a 4,000 square foot, 112-seat restaurant with the longest bar in the city. Loyal customers from Fuji Restaurant along with newcomers are encouraged to enjoy a renovated menu while catching the Patriots game on either of the 3 flat screen televisions or large projection screen in the main dining room.

Fuji 1546 is good my boyfriend and I have been going to this place for past few months we have had some great drinks and also some really good food the chicken terriyaki was great. Prices are okay
Fuji 1546 is pretty good for suburban Japanese! Very good selection for a suburban Japanese place. Good sushi and sashimi, nice imported beer selection, and Japanese dishes are delicious and well-prepared. In the evenings it gets quite club-y, but it's one of those hip Japanese places. best sushi in south shore. good prices, fresh food and friendly staff. two thumbs way up.
Yum! – The food here is pretty good. I love the salmon wonton chips. The avocado salad is delicious as well. The service is pretty good. One of my favorite bartenders is Jen. She's always a delight to deal with. I also love karaoke nights!

At least I didn't want to hear him talking so much, so it wasn't a big issue. They deliver!!! I live in Quincy, so it's nice to find a late-night delivery place that has their menu. I'd rather have sushi late-night than greasy Chin... read more
