First Impressions make for Lasting Impressions. After calling several very unprofessional ENTs' offices, I was relieved to engage with this staff. The person on the phone sounded a little bit like a grandma and behaved patiently. I couldn't get an appointment because of Insurance, but I believe the business deserves 5 stars anyway because they didn't totally FUBAR a phone call for an appointment as other offices so often do. Thank you.
Today I went to Dr.Fuenmayor , came out very satisfied with him , very professional and informative he took a long time explaining everything in detail to me , I will recommend him 100% , also the front desk staff very pleasant and helpful !!!!
