Fuel is geared towards all individuals varying from all fitness backgrounds from experienced and world class athletes to those just beginning their fitness journey with courage. Highly highly reccomend trying out the classes!! Super welcoming and knowledgeable coaches who care and who push you to go hard. Also love the 6am class, the other members are so friendly and so supportive cheering eachother on and there is people of all fitness levels there! I am new to crossfit but have totally fallen in love with the gym and would reccomend to anyone looking for a place to challenge you at whatever level you're at and to help you reach your fitness goals while still having fun! This gym is great! Friendly staff and good people create a great community for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. I have been doing their personal training for a few months now, their trainers are very knowledgeable and work to help you realize your fitness goals.
This gym is amazing, if you’re interested in working with a personal trainer this is where you want to go. Everyone here is really friendly and supportive and they will also set you up with a nutritionist if you need help with your diet. Overall my experience here has been really positive and I highly recommend this gym.
