I have been working out for many many years, in many different places, and this is by far, the most amazing. Great open space, amazing staff, the members are like family, and the structure and programs are as simple or as challenging as you want it to be. Whether you are just starting cross fit, or have been at it for years, this is the place for you.
Great atmosphere for all levels of CrossFit experience! Coaches and members are all encouraging and welcoming. Lots of ways to modify your exercises as needed and coaches are well informed if you have any questions.
