Coach’s are knowledgeable and committed to teaching and proper technique. Programs always get a sweat on and the Olympic program was outstanding. The membership is welcoming, encouraging, and fun. I still hate toes to bar.

Coaches are great and it is the friendliest gym I have ever visited. Patrons want to make sure that you feel welcome and the coaches want to ensure you are comfortable and lifting correctly.

Fuel Lifestyle & Performance is an awesome gym that offers a welcoming and supportive environment. The coaches take time to personally meet you and make sure the workout will suit your ability. I’m on the older end and found there were lots of options to scale down the exercises. The facility is well-maintained, there are large windows to keep a bright feeling, and the equipment is kept in top condition. I dropped in for a workout at Fuel Fitness while visiting Lethbridge and was seriously impressed! The energy in the group fitness class was unreal. Great coaching, great community, and a killer workout. I appreciated the structured programming and the attention to form and technique. Even as a drop-in, I felt welcomed right away.
