I come to this location all the time with my family. Today after lunch (which was great) we went to the bakery and had a very annoying encounter with an employee named Tamara. While my dad & grandma were looking at the cookies she was just standing there on her phone. When they told her want they wanted, it seriously felt like we were the biggest annoyance in her life just for being there. Yesterday, I took 36 hungry, hot, exhausted, and overly excited band students and parents to this restaurant. It could not have been a more pleasurable experience. We called ahead to arrange everything, and when we got there everything went off as planned. The parking lot easy to get all of our vehicles in. One bus and two large trucks with trailers. Nice family atmosphere every time we come in
My daughter moved here in May, while visiting her we decided to go the Fuddruckers since we did not have any around us in Columbus Ohio. Service was great, food was delicious but I was disappointed in the atmosphere, appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant it'self. It could use some updating & repair. The fresh vegetable area did not look well taken care of, however the food was fresh. As it is, it won't be my 1st choice as a restaurant to make sure I go to when I visit my daughter again.
