Great family fun my grandkids love this place and I do too
I am not normally one to do this, but after I left this establishment yesterday, I just knew I had to do something more. Sunday night, around 5:00, my family (wife and 2 kids) and I went to this Fuddruckers. Please know that I have been here many times before over the years. While filling up our drinks, the large lid to one of the drink dispensing machines fell down. Luckily, it narrowly missed my almost 5 yr old and 18 month old sons. went to sit in back room, because there are no clean/unoccupied tables to sit at, after 15 minutes got forced out of back room by employee due to reservation of sorts. when asked employee where is sign? employee pointed at "toblerone" shaped sign on chair.....ordered kobe burger medium rare, got burger well done....onion rings look like over fried onion strips....
The food was excellent but the restroom was nasty, no seat covers, and toilets to low just for kids. One of the waitresses ignored me numerous times but some of the others err nice and helpful. For the price I paid would just appreciate a little better.

Nasty...greasy food and the kitchen staff can't get the meal right and the manager makes excuses. The drink machine looks like someone threw up on it.
Used to be fantastic. Now it looks like they let choli's do the remodel. Food has suffered.
Salads are the best here!
