RecommendedI've been really down on Fuddruckers since they closed the location nearest me (Meyerland) but I was in the area and decided to grab lunch today. And I'm glad I did. Fast, friendly service and really good food.
Food took bout 25min and we ask for wheat bun and got white said they could remake but I wasn't about to wait another 25 minutes plus ask for Burger to be cooked medium and it was cooked medium well and it was the chili Frito Burger and there was only about a teaspoon of chili on the burger this location has gotten really bad.....
This visit has got to be the worst ever. Our food took almost 20 minutes although there wasn’t many people. My fish and chips were so greasy I soaked about 6 napkins and still was greasy. I asked for tarter sauce and that seemed to be the hardest task in the world. It took an additional 10 minutes as I was informed they hadn’t portioned any out. This facility is horrible - dirty greasy tables, doesn't look like it's been swept in weeks under the tables. No salt and pepper readily available. Condiment dispenser look like they haven't been cleaned well in a LONG time. Employees standing around looking bored. And I recently had surgery and am on a very small limited diet so I asked for a children's burger and was treated horribly by the manager when the cashier asked him to approve this. My mom who is 72 was here visiting and doesn’t get to go out much when she’s home. But she was craving a good burger so we went to Fuddruckers and she was not disappointed, none of us were. And the gentlemen who does the characters drawings is awesome. It was a great time for the whole family!!!!
The Manager at this location is absolutely a 1st Class Act. Thank you for hiring him. I had my Burger on my table and my tea. I went to the restroom and when I returned the Bus Boy and remove and cleaned my table. I went to the register and told the clerk of my dilemma. She responded immediately and Called the manager, she told him of the situation and he walk up to me with a cup and the very first burger and fries off the line. Our family of 6 looks forward to Mondays, this is our favorite place�. That taste keeps us coming back for more. You always have to get that shake to go with that tasty burger.
This place has really went down hill... they have roaches everywhere. We went and had a group of 8 and had to get refunded for the whole order 🤢🤮😡
I like it it was cool places but the milkshake was good but it was too runny they will not make it thick like a milkshake supposed to be they need to do their milkshakes better and I keep telling the people is too runny but they don't listen
