Burgers well done when you order medium, fries always cold, manager on grill always in bad mood.
Burger tasted like pure greese, was made from a frozen patty, and it tasted "off" next morning i was sick to my stomach...and well i wont tell you the rest but lets just say Ill NEVER go there again. Only good thing about the place was the kids behind the counter were nice and working hard.
We ate there for the first time this past weekend. Not only did we have to wait 45 minutes for our food (3 burgers, 2 sides of fries, and 2 kids hot dogs with apples). Many large parties that ordered after us received there food before us. When we FINALLY received our food, my burger was missing cheese, my husband's was missing mushrooms, and one of our kids meal was missing a cookie. The food was really good, if it wasn't for that, my review would of only been 1 star.
We chose to go here due to the long wait at Olive Garden...expecting it to be faster. It wasn't very busy...and it had been 35 minutes and we still did not have our chicken tenders & fries. We went up to ask about it to find that they hadn't even started them...35 minutes of waiting to find they weren't even started making them? Adding a cookie to my order won't make up for it. Had to get a to go box right when we got our food due to having to be else where...worst experience I've ever had anywhere.
I had the worst service I've ever experienced in any type of Customer Service retail experience. the food was great, however I waited 30 minutes to get our milkshakes and Sundays, time we were done eating our meal. I whent to the counter to ask for them not knowing why we have not gotten them why I see other people that were behind us getting theirs. the lady told me "I'm not going to make them right now we're busy and then walked away" first time ever eating there and I will be the last unfortunately the food was great
