The absolute worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our Buick Encore is an absolute Lemon, the brake pedal has failed to return since purchasing the vehicle. we have replaced pads and rotors 3 times in just under 20k miles. Every trip to nelliston resulted in another useless diagnosis with 0 assistance or customer service.
