Dr. Makkouk was very knowledgeable and explained my issue to me in a manner I could easily understand. He also showed patience with my questions. The one concern I had was that I didn't see either his nurse nor him wipe down with a sterile wipe any of the machines I put my chin into. It's not a huge deal, but it is kind of gross. Still, I had a positive experience and would recommend him.
