I would like to say we were treated very well. Kristen was very helpful in all the arrangements for both appointment. We had a virtual appointment with Dr. Woon this morning. The diagnos is manageable . He has a calming way. A plan of action was laid out. Suggestions and options were discussed. Dr Woon Invited us to call if in the future we have concerns. I think very highly of this group of very kind and professional Linda Conway
I would give a zero star if I could. I have tried five times to call and make an appointment for my husband but they never answer the phone and no ever calls back.
In 2010, I experienced cognitive testing that was administered by a different doctor, not Doctor Woon. My previous experience was a five star plus. It was so positive that it is worth noting here for the purpose of comparison. We started with a 30 minute interview in which the doctor sought to obtain a clear narrative about my life.
