Good management!
I have worked personally with Denny, Mike, Amy, and Bob with FTK. They are most helpful and good business partners. If you have an opportunity to do business with or rent from FTK, I recommend that you do. I have found them to be honest and fair in the business dealings I have had with all four of them.
Outraged!! Leased an office space from these folks for a couple of years. Put in a 60 day notice to vacate on 2/28/18 and was asked if I would vacate by 2/15/18 to accommodate the future tenant's move-in date, I agreed. The problem is, on the afternoon of 2/14/18 when I came to vacate the office, everything was gone!
