Just like spectrum this is a disappointment . Only thing is now I’m more screwed because I pay more for not internet . So happy I’m moving in August . Sumter will always have crap internet .

Seems like every weekend WiFi and cable go out. Think this is the last straw. Called they are looking at it but more than likely will be tomorrow, what happen when you could talk to a IT person in the phone. Think I need to change cable and internet company ASAP!!!
